If you purchase a desktop or laptop from us, we can upgrade the DDR4 RAM before dispatch, so your device arrives ready to use with the upgraded memory installed and fully tested.
Please note that this service is for DDR4 memory only. Not all desktop and laptop models support DDR4 RAM upgrades. Some devices have soldered (onboard) memory, use a different memory type (such as DDR3 or DDR5), or have already reached their maximum supported capacity. Compatibility depends on the specific make and model of your device.
If you already own a computer and would like to upgrade the RAM, we currently offer this service as an in-store service only. Please bring your computer to our workshop, where our technicians will inspect the system, confirm compatibility, and perform the upgrade if suitable.
If you're unsure whether your computer supports a DDR4 RAM upgrade, simply provide us with the model number or serial number, and we'll be happy to check compatibility and recommend the most suitable upgrade options.

Change of Mind: In cases where customers change their mind, they have the option to return the item within 14 days. Please note that customers are responsible for both sending and returning the item, including postage costs.
