All refurbished devices sold by Max Direct come with a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
The warranty covers the motherboard, storage (SSD/HDD), keyboard & trackpad, and internal hardware under normal use. It does not cover physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, normal battery wear, or software-related issues.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
