This entitles you to free delivery to your chosen destination anywhere in Australia. However, for certain heavy, large, or bulky items, a delivery fee may apply. Upon placing an order, you will receive a notification email confirming the dispatch from our warehouse, including a tracking number.
Can I pick up my order?
We provide a pickup option during checkout. Orders can be collected from our Box Hill North Warehouse.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouse. However, please note that special product sales and events, as well as bulk orders, might extend processing times. Delivery times vary based on the shipping company's schedules.

Which couriers do you ship orders with?
We utilize Australia Post and Sendle for nationwide shipping. For bulk/wholesale orders, we can assist in palletizing orders for your nominated courier to collect. Customers are welcome to arrange their own courier pickup by contacting our support team beforehand.
