All data from the previous user is completely wiped from the hard drives using secure data erasure methods. This ensures customer privacy and prepares the device for the refurbishing process.
3. Component Testing and Replacement:
Components such as RAM, hard drives, processors, and other critical hardware are tested for functionality. Defective parts are replaced with high-quality replacements or upgrades if necessary.
4. Cleaning and Cosmetic Restoration:
The computers are cleaned meticulously, removing any dust, dirt, or residue.
5. Software Installation and Configuration:
Operating systems are installed and updated to the latest versions. This includes drivers and essential applications required for optimal performance
6. Quality Assurance and Testing:
Each refurbished computer undergoes rigorous quality checks and testing to ensure all components function correctly. This involves stress testing, performance benchmarks, and ensuring all ports and connectivity options work as intended.
7. Final Inspection and Packaging:

8. Customer Support and Service:
After-sales support is provided to customers, including assistance with setup, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues that may arise post-purchase.
