All products sold by Max Direct Computer Trading Pty Ltd are second-hand and refurbished, unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Coverage:
All products come with a 12-month warranty, unless stated otherwise.The warranty period starts from the date you receive the product.
Our warranty covers: hardware defects that may arise during normal usage.
This includes components such as: Motherboard, Fans, Hard drives / SSDs, Keyboards and touchpads ect
The warranty does not cover: Software issues or operating system corruption, Battery capacity decrease through normal use, Accidental or liquid damage, User data loss, Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling
Return Shipping Policy:
Within the first 3 months: Max Direct will cover the return postage for any verified warranty-related issue. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label for convenient shipping.
After 3 months: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product and return it to you free of charge.
If the returned product is found to be fully functional, or the issue is not covered under warranty, the buyer may be responsible for the return shipping cost back to them.
How to Request Warranty Service:
For purchases made through our website, please contact us using the online support form and include your purchase order number.
For purchases made on online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.), please contact us directly through the respective platform’s support page.
Change of Mind Policy:
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.Returned items must be in the same condition as received and include all original packaging and accessories.
